Use

The digiVDM App can be used for registering manure transports in accordance with the Dutch Fertilizers Act. The App has been approved by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO.nl). Specifically, this means that during the transport of animal manure you use the digiVDM App to register all relevant data of the transport. So you no longer have to fill in a paper ticket!

For Who

The digiVDM App is only intended for customers of VDMadmin.nl BV. At VDMadmin you must have an active administration for VDMs.

The digiVDM module must also be activated.

You can verify these settings via the Other - Basic data menu.

Requirements for AGR-GPS equipment

The barcode scanner of your AGR-GPS equipment must be of the

CCD linear imager

type. With this technique a photo is made of the barcode of the VDM voucher number that is shown in the screen of the digiVDM App. It is not technically possible to scan this barcode from the screen using a

laser scanner

.

An Eijkelkamp handheld (psion) must therefore first be provided with the correct type of scanner before it can be used in combination with this App!

Activation

Every device on which this App is installed must be registered once via the username and password of your VDMadmin administration.

After a successful registration, the device is linked to the administration. VDMadmin must then activate the link. After activation

the App has access to the basic data customers, locations, vehicles and loading units. Conversely, the administration automatically has the decision

about all digiVDMs that are created.

Costs

The costs for using this App are & euro; 10.00 per month (excl. VAT) per connected App regardless of the number of tickets.

This amount is calculated monthly in advance with the other subscription costs. Connection costs are always calculated up to and including the end of the calendar year.
